I have been an Apple Watch user for about 4 years and I have to say that it works so well and stands so much ahead of its competitors. With its iteration over the years, they have managed to add new features like fall detection, blood oxygen saturation and so much more.

When it comes to fitness, there is an arbitrary feeling that there was no way to track your workouts or even get results as to what sort of impact the workout had on your body. This is how you can set the Move goal or the number of kilocalories that you want to burn during the day (24-hour window). You can change this goal anytime you want but I would suggest you set a reasonable goal and try to stick to it.

The steps are pretty much the same when it comes to changing Exercise goals and even stand goals. All these three goals are dependent on each other and need to be calibrated as such. What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments below.
