There was a time when simply turning on your TV meant looking through a few channels and finding something that you wanted to watch. Along came a few streaming services, such as Netflix and Hulu, that offered more options for watching your favorite shows and movies. The past two or three years have seen a significant increase in the number of services that are available for streaming, some focusing on options for children while others are designed to focus on shows and movies often seen on one network. HBO Max and Disney+ are only two examples of some of the top services available that offer a variety of programs for adults and children to enjoy and that are quite affordable.
A benefit of streaming services is that most of them have promotions so that you can try them out for a few days to see if you like what’s offered before paying for a subscription. There are some services that have started offering trials for an entire month due to more companies joining the ranks. There are a few top streaming services available that you should consider trying that offer almost all genres or that are designed to meet specific desires when watching television.
